Training & Implementation of Maintenance systems of Corrugation & Converting Machines
- Making dailly / weekly / monthly / quartely maintenance schedules for each machine
- Schedules will be separate for mechanical / electrical / hydraulics
- Maintenance Records Maintenance – log books / Analysis of maintenance problems
- TPM
Basic and Advanced Training to entire Maintenance Team
- Training on mechanical / electrical / hydraulics / pneumatic aspects of maintenance
- Study of drawings and Hands / Training on each machine
Spares & Tools Management
- Establishing Min / Max stock levels of critical / major / minor spares
- Stores Management / Developing Toolings for maintenance
The focus will be on creating model and visual Box Manufacturing Plant with High Profitability.
